So, because I work evenings, I was sleeping in, as usual while my wife was up and getting ready for work.  So...I wake up to my wife poking me in the forehead, trying to wake my dead to the word butt up.  A little grogy, and very crabby, I ask her what her deal is.  She say, come her I want to show you something.  Immediately I figured something was wrong, so I spring out of bed, and follow her to the spare bathroom.  She lift's up the toilet seat, and tells me to look in there.  With my eyebrows raised I slowly look into the bowl and find a (womans) fist sized brown toad sitting inside the toilet bowl.  Well, picked him up, put him outside and went back to bed.  How....do you guys think this thing got in there?  We're still trying to figure this one out.

Oh, I forgot to add that the lid was closed and my wife found it as she was preparing to use the comode....She's not girly or anything, but boy I wish I was awake to hear what she said when she first saw it!

No French last night....German though! HA!  And no, the only teenage in the house is Me! (at least that's what the wife accuses me of being sometimes!)

Reminds me of the rat snake my mom found under the bathroom vanity one time and a house she and my dad had bought as a fixer-upper to flip...  she was calm about that but me and dad were outside so we couldn't hear her initial screams...

That's a great story!!!

I could only imagine what my wife would have done.  She gets freaked out enough over bugs...let alone something like that!
