was wondering peoples thoughts on what's the best in the following categories.
1. Best ammo to use
2. Best choke tube maker
3. Best choke ( IC, MOD, etc.)

And just say I wanna be able to get that 45 yard reach shot every once in a while

1. hevi shot original close second hevi metal
2. pattern your gun your factory chokes may do just fine...if not try a kicks or pattern master (I believe foiles makes one that is a copy of a pattern master only cheaper.
3. I prefer modified or improved modified.

The best thing you can do is pattern your gun for the shells you want to use at the distances you want to shoot at.  While a 45 yard shot may not be the highest kill percentage it is not an impossible one.  If you dont have your own area to shoot at try to find a range near you that will let you put some paper targets up.  Another thing to consider is the theory of a shot string. There was a good arrticle on it last year in Wildfowl magazine.
