The intel is a bit broken because there is just a lot we don't know yet.  so here goes a recap of sorts. 

 

  Saturday morning a approx 3:30 am the neighbor uptairs  ( 1 black thug/ gangbanger/ wanna be drugdealer and 1 white college boy/ thinks he a black/ wanna be drug dealer/ thug)  are having drinks and im sure drugs with white girlfriend and white sister.

 

 at approx 3:50  a ruckass breaks out and someone yells "get your a$$ back in here"  boom  1st shot is fired.  Then another ruckass and girls are screaming bloody murder.  Then 3 more shots are fired on different sides of the building from the 3rd floor. 

 

 4am

amber gets up for her third bathroom call of the night and hears the 3 shots but she does not wake me up.  she just figures it was something else cause she can't hear any other commotion. 

 

she decides not to wake me (why i still don't know).  It was prolly a good thing though because i would have investigated and definately not allowed anyone shooting around my house with both my daughter and prego wife in there. 

 

 8am we get up and turn on Harlie's cartoons and amber starts telling me about how she thinks she heard 3 gunshots the night before.  2 big ones and 1 small one she says.  then as i walk by the patio french doors and look accross the courtyard i see a bunch of people in a gaggle with police looking at the apretments directly accross from me with shot out patio doors. 

 

We decide to go get some groceries and see my parents.  As we walk outside there is my truck.  About the time we notice it a cop is driving by so i flag him down and show him my truck.  He tells me he will send someone to me and not to leave. He has some more business to attend to. 

 

He gets out and walks to my stair well and 8 more patrol cars show up all wearing extra vest and sporting there ar-15s and assault shotguns, with battering rams in tow. 

 

we soon find out that the college kid thug wannabe just bought a new shot gun and is still in his apartment and wont come out. 

 

Now we have been talking to the people that live accross from us and they were awake for the whole ordeal as the ruccass had knocked pictures from there wall.  they tell us that after the shots were fired there was a big struggle in the bath tub above them right before everything went quiet. 

 

then the boys parents and sisters show up and have reported him missing to the police because he wont answer their calls.  The police bust down his door and find him passed out in his bathtub. 

 

They bring out the shotgun and tagged it as evidence and tagged a bunch more stuff in the parking lot.  They send him back up to his apartment and leave. 

promising to be back later to possibly arrest one or both of the residents upstairs.  then the sister comes and gets in the car next to mine which is also shot up.  she had come back to the apartment with her parents in the girlfriends car which was no where to be found. 

 

best we can figure is something happened and the girls were trying to get out and they were shooting at the girls as they ran around the building and tried to escape...............................but nothing is for sure.      

 

my building now is empty except for me and amber and 2 other residents. 

 

 

I asked him the same thing...........kinda in a bind.  Liability only, so I'm pretty sure what they'd tell him.

 

He has to drive like that Lance because he is LATE EVERYWHERE he goes!!!!

 

Normally I would agree with you Jared, but with the economy being what it is, I think you will see some applications that wouldn't have met the criteria before start to get pushed through.

 

Guys, where Jared lives is one of the nicest apartment complexes I have seen and the nicest there is in Baytown or anywhere close.  Unfortunately, that doesn't mean much anymore.  One more reason that we must be an armed society!
